Most patients complete the intake in about 3 minutes, hear back from a clinician within 24 hours, and receive their first shipment in 2–4 business days after approval.
Do I need insurance?+
No. Taggs is a direct-pay program, which keeps pricing predictable and avoids the prior-authorization delays most patients hit when trying to fill a GLP-1 or specialty medication through insurance.
Do I have to get on a video call?+
Not for most treatments. Your clinician reviews your written intake and messages you if they need more information. A video visit is only requested when clinically necessary.
What states do you serve?+
Taggs operates through US-licensed clinicians and pharmacies across most US states. If your state isn't currently covered, we'll let you know before you complete intake — you won't be charged.
Who are the clinicians?+
Every clinician on the platform is US-licensed and independently credentialed. They review your intake, prescribe when appropriate, and stay with you through titration and follow-up.
What if the first medication isn't right?+
Your clinician can adjust the dose, switch molecules, or change the cadence — no additional visit fee. That's a core part of the plan, not an upsell.
How is my information protected?+
