Taggs is a technology platform that connects patients with independent, US-licensed healthcare providers and PCAB-accredited pharmacy partners. Taggs is not a medical group, pharmacy, or insurer. Clinical decisions are made solely by the treating provider.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a US state where Taggs operates to use our services. By using Taggs, you represent that the information you provide is true, complete, and current.

Taggs does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Prices are shown at checkout. You authorize Taggs and its payment processors to charge your payment method for products and services you order. You may pause or cancel recurring plans at any time from your account — no phone calls or fees required. Compounded and prescription medications, once shipped, are non-refundable except where required by law.

By submitting payment information, you authorize Taggs, affiliate clinicians, or third-party payment processors to charge the amount due in accordance with their terms.

Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy based on a valid prescription. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. Individual results vary; no outcome is guaranteed.

You agree not to misuse the platform, misrepresent your identity or health information, resell medications, or attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Taggs platform are owned by Taggs or its licensors and are protected by US and international IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taggs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taggs and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of Taggs will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except that either party may bring a small-claims action. You waive the right to participate in a class action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
