Compounded medications
For patient safety and per federal regulation, compounded medications cannot be returned or resold once they've shipped. That's true for every legitimate pharmacy in the US.
Damaged or delayed shipments
If your package arrives damaged, warm (cold-chain compromised), or more than 3 business days late, contact us within 72 hours and we'll replace the affected medication at no charge.
Dose changes & pausing
You are never charged for a dose change or a pause. Message your clinician and we'll adjust the plan without another invoice line.
Refunds on unshipped orders
If your prescription has not yet been compounded and shipped, you can request a full refund by contacting us at our contact page.
