Information collected automatically. Device identifiers, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interaction data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from partners. Prescription and fulfillment updates from our pharmacy partners, and payment status from our payment processors.

How we use information

To operate the platform, route intakes to licensed clinicians, coordinate prescriptions with our pharmacy partner, ship products, process payments, provide customer support, personalize the experience, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We share information with: (1) the independent clinicians who treat you; (2) the pharmacy that fills your prescription; (3) shipping carriers; (4) payment processors; (5) service providers who help us run the platform under contractual confidentiality; and (6) authorities when required by law.
