Privacy Policy

Taggs operates the marketing and technology front end of the Platform. Taggs is generally not a HIPAA-covered entity. When you complete a medical intake questionnaire, that questionnaire is hosted and controlled by our third-party intake technology vendor and the clinical answers you provide are transmitted to physician network for clinical review. The Medical Group and our Pharmacy Partner, Rush Pharmacy, are independent entities that may be HIPAA-covered entities with respect to your health information, and each maintains its own privacy practices for the Protected Health Information ("PHI") it holds. General account information you give directly to Taggs (such as your name, email, and billing details) is not PHI and is governed by this Policy; health information you submit through intake is governed by the privacy practices of the Intake Vendor and Medical Group, in addition to the protections described below.

• Information you provide: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and account credentials.
• Payment information: processed by our third-party payment processor; Taggs does not store full payment card numbers.
• Order and communication information: which services you selected, subscription status, and messages you send us for support.
• Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar analytics collected automatically or via cookies.
• Information relayed to us from the Medical Group, Pharmacy Partner, or Intake Vendor solely as needed to operate the Platform — for example, order/approval status — which we treat as sensitive information regardless of its source.

• To operate the Platform, process orders, and facilitate communication between you, the Medical Group, and the Pharmacy Partner.
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• To send transactional messages (order confirmations, appointment reminders, account notices).
• With your consent, to send marketing communications, which you may opt out of at any time.
• To maintain the security of the Platform and prevent fraud.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use health information for advertising or marketing purposes.

• With the Medical Group and Pharmacy Partner, as necessary to provide the Services you request.
• With our Intake Vendor and other service providers who perform functions on our behalf (e.g., hosting, payment processing, shipping, customer support tools), under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• With analytics and advertising partners, limited to non-health account and usage information, and subject to your cookie/marketing choices.
• As required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Taggs, our users, or others.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell health information. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy notice for additional rights regarding health-related data.

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive appointment reminders, account and order updates, and — where you've separately opted in — promotional messages from Taggs by phone, SMS/text, or email. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP, and of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link; you may still receive transactional messages related to an active order or account.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, and understand how the Platform is used, including to identify abandoned checkout activity so that we may follow up with a reminder. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit some Platform functionality.

We retain account and usage information for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The Medical Group, Pharmacy Partner, and Intake Vendor each maintain their own retention schedules for the health information they hold, consistent with applicable law.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing or "sale" of information as defined under applicable state privacy laws (for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, and similar laws in other states). To exercise these rights, email support@taggs.co. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. The Platform may link to websites or services operated by the Medical Group, Pharmacy Partner, or other third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated "Last Updated" date.
