Our Pharmacy Partner

Taggs Health LLC — Last Updated: July 22, 2026

Taggs Health LLC ("Taggs," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website www.taggs.co and related applications (the "Platform") as a marketing and technology platform. Taggs is not a pharmacy, does not dispense medication, and does not handle or ship any prescription product. Dispensing is performed exclusively by independently owned and operated, state-licensed pharmacies (each, a "Pharmacy Partner").

Who Fills My Prescription

If a healthcare provider affiliated with [Medical Group Name] ("Medical Group") determines that a prescription is clinically appropriate for you, that prescription is transmitted electronically to [Pharmacy Partner Name] ("Pharmacy Partner"), a pharmacy licensed in the state where you are located and, where applicable, licensed to ship into your state. The Pharmacy Partner independently reviews every prescription for appropriateness, dosage, and interactions before dispensing, consistent with its own professional and legal obligations.

The Pharmacy Partner — not Taggs — is responsible for verifying your identity and insurance (where applicable), performing pharmacist clinical review, packaging, labeling, and shipping your medication, and responding to questions about a specific prescription, refill, dosage, or side effect.

Your Right to Choose a Pharmacy

Where required by law, you have the right to request that a prescription be sent to a pharmacy of your choosing rather than our Pharmacy Partner. If you would like to exercise this right, contact the Medical Group through the Platform or email us at support@taggs.co and we will facilitate your request. Using an outside pharmacy may affect pricing, delivery timing, or the availability of packaging/status tracking available through the Platform.

Compounded Medications

Some products offered through the Platform may include compounded medications prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient pursuant to a valid prescription and are not independently reviewed for safety, efficacy, or quality by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the same manner as FDA-approved, manufacturer-produced drugs. Any decision to prescribe a compounded medication is made solely by your independent, licensed provider based on their clinical judgment.

Pricing and Billing

Pharmacy charges (including any medication cost, shipping, and — where applicable — insurance copays) are separate from any subscription, membership, or platform access fee charged by Taggs, and may be billed to you directly by the Pharmacy Partner or your insurer. Please review the pricing shown at checkout and any communications from the Pharmacy Partner for details specific to your order.

Questions About Your Medication or Order

For questions about a specific prescription, dosage, side effect, refill status, or shipment, please use the contact information provided by the Pharmacy Partner in your order confirmation, or reach out through the Platform's messaging tool. For questions about your Taggs account, billing for platform access, or general support, contact us at support@taggs.co.
